EqualCity

EqualCity supports more balanced participation of women and men in local decision-making and community life.
The proposal suggests working with women, municipalities and community organisations to identify everyday barriers to equal representation and turn them into practical action. Through workshops, local dialogue and guidance tools, EqualCity can help strengthen confidence, civic participation and more inclusive local governance.
The aim is simple: local processes where women and men can both contribute meaningfully to the policies, decisions and initiatives that shape their communities.

FairFrames
CERV-2026-GE
FAIRFRAMES tackles gender stereotypes in sport-related media, advertising and communication.
The proposal suggests working with media, advertising and sport communication professionals to identify how stereotypes appear in everyday content and how they can be avoided before publication. Through research, training, workflow testing and practical tools, FAIRFRAMES can help organisations review language, visuals, framing and representation more clearly.
The aim is simple: fairer, more balanced communication where women and men in sport are represented with equal respect, visibility and professionalism.
