With a background in gender equality work, she leads project planning, consortium communication and implementation strategy, while also contributing to research design, analysis and evidence-based content. Her work focuses on gender equality,  inclusion and social impact, combining practical project management with a commitment to projects that are useful, realistic and community-focused.

Supporting Lead Forward’s work in equality, participation and community-based learning. With experience in education, she contributes to research activities, training design and workshop delivery, helping turn evidence and learning needs into practical activities that are clear, engaging and useful for participants. She also supports the creation of learning materials and tools that respond to the needs of each target group and support meaningful learning and participation outcomes.

Supporting Lead Forward’s evidence-based work. With a background in political science, she contributes to background research, data collection and analysis, helping ensure that activities are grounded in real needs and clear findings. She brings a strong understanding of governance, participation and social issues, which supports Lead Forward’s work on equality and inclusion. She supports the preparation of research materials and helps translate findings into clear outputs.
