What we do

Decide Safe
Erasmus+ Small Scale Partnerships
A project that supports young women athletes aged 18–30 to recognise, assess and respond to challenging or unsafe situations in sport. Through structured “Decision Labs” and practical guidance materials, the project explores real-life scenarios that often fall into grey areas, helping participants build confidence, judgement and awareness.
DESA aims to strengthen personal agency, promote safer sport environments and encourage informed decision-making, while also supporting organisations to better understand and address the needs of women in sport.
Safe Her Sport
Erasmus+ Small Scale Partnerships
A project that promotes safer, more supportive and inclusive sport environments for girls aged 12-16. It helps coaches and sport organisations recognise potential risks, address everyday safeguarding challenges and foster respectful, positive relationships in training settings. The project focuses on preventing harmful behaviours, responding appropriately to concerns and strengthening a culture of safety and respect in grassroots sport.
Through practical tools, awareness activities, training sessions and a simple, easy-to-use checklist, SHS supports adults working with young athletes to create environments where girls feel protected, confident and valued. Ultimately, the project aims to safeguard wellbeing and enable girls to participate in sport with confidence, enjoyment and a sense of belonging.
