WHO WE ARE

Lead Forward is a non-profit organisation based in Cyprus dedicated to strengthening communities through inclusion, participation and sustainable development.

We design and support initiatives that create positive social impact, empower people, and bring communities together across backgrounds.

Our work focuses on making opportunities safer, more accessible and more meaningful particularly for women, young people and individuals facing social, economic or physical barriers to participation.

Through practical actions, partnerships and capacity building, we help organisations and communities grow, collaborate and move forward with confidence.

Our mission is to support communities and organisations to create opportunities where everyone can participate with dignity, safety and equal chances.

We aim to strengthen the social fabric of communities by promoting inclusion, personal development, wellbeing and active participation in society.

Through practical initiatives, collaboration and capacity building, we work to empower people, reduce barriers, and create environments where individuals and communities can thrive.

Lead Forward works to strengthen inclusive, democratic and resilient communities by promoting equality, participation and social wellbeing. The organisation develops initiatives that address societal challenges and support the active involvement of citizens, civil society organisations and local stakeholders in shaping more inclusive policies and practices.
